Goodnight Wembley! is a new independent Hard Rock Retro band hailing from Cape Town. They have done only one showcase performance so far, but Goodnight Wembley! is already causing a stir nation-wide. 

The band is comprised of members from Taxi Violence, 7th Son, Dead Lucky and Yes Sir! Mister Machine.   They are:

George v/d Spuy (Taxi Violence) - Vocals
Nic Gaud (7th Son) - Guitar & Vocals

Alex Krause (Dead Lucky) – Guitar

Gideon de Kock (Like Knives/Yes Sir! Mister Machine) - Bass Guitar

Jean Labuschagne (Dead Lucky/Bilderberg Motel) - Drums

The result is a fresh culmination of five unique styles drawing on their individual Grunge, Rock and Pop cultures.   Goodnight Wembley!describes their sound as “fresh but nostalgic, curious and catchy, innovative yet familiar.”
